Karyn Osinowo Law Offices does not provide free legal advice through this website. Please also refrain from sending me the ubiquitous "pick my brain" requests and other thinly-veiled ways of trying to extract free advice. Karyn Osinowo Law Offices does not provide casual legal advice or answer casual legal questions for non-clients or prospective clients under any circumstance and without regard to whether a person or an entity intends to act or rely upon any such opinion. It is this firm's policy to treat any request for casual legal advice as a request for formal legal representation, in which case the following conditions precedent must be met: (1) the prospective client registers through the virtual law office application on osinowolaw.com; (2) the prospective client gives the firm sufficient information in order to complete an intake form; (3) the firm performs a conflicts check and confirms in writing to the prospective client that there are no conflicts of interest; and (4) the prospective client and the firm execute an Attorney-Client Agreement which memorializes their agreement with respect to the scope and terms of the legal representation, including but not limited to the fee and payment terms.
